Training

We aim to offer training courses and lessons in the field of culinary arts both to professionals in the field and also to the general public wishing to better their skills and talents.  We will offer seminars and courses throughout the year on various themes.  This way we increase the knowledge and skills of our members and anyone else interested.  Please visit our site regularly to see what’s cooking at OTI Chef.  Follow one of our workshops, or go to a seminar of your choice.  Remember places are generally limited so register as soon as possible.

One of the biggest complaints young people have with regard to finding employment is that most employers ask for experience in order to employ them and the argument is “how can we get experience if no one will employ us to obtain some experience?”

We have heard you are we are doing something about this.  As part of a pilot project to help young people and their employability we have started an initiative to help young people gain experience in a real working environment. 

For now we have openings for staff in a Hotel Kitchen.  If you have studies in the culinary fields or if you are interested in gaining skills in this field then we have an opportunity for you.
